Be thankful for the doors that closed, the plans that didn’t work out, and the opportunities that passed you by. Not everything that didn’t happen was a loss. Some of it was divine protection. Some of it was redirection. You may not see it now, but what didn’t go your way created space for something far more aligned to enter your life. Every unanswered prayer, every detour, every delay — it all played a role in bringing you closer to what is meant for you. You don’t need to have it all figured out. The path is unfolding moment by moment, and your only job is to trust.

Breathe. Reflect. Keep going. The universe is not in a rush, and neither should you be. What is yours is not lost. What is meant for you will never pass you by. ✨

Wow… another year gone & 2025 you were a good year to me 🫶🏻 now what has happened to me this year?

🎊 - Went to visit Montreal for the first time for a long weekend & I loved it very much!
🎊 - My brother got married this year & then attended another family wedding 4 months later - it was beautiful 🫶🏻
🎊 - Made some new furry friends, my best friend added 2 new cuties into her life Aura and Onyx and of course got to be with my 2 favourites Ovi and Comet 🥹.
🎊 - My best friend finally got engaged 🥂
🎊 - I got a new job at Club Pilates and I love it so much, I’m very lucky for this type of job!
🎊 - I got to meet my niece Oriella who I love and adore, and reunite with my cousin Megan 🩷 my heart is extremely full 🥹

What this year as taught me as I’m about to head into a new chapter of my life in 2026 - is to not take life for granted, cherish what I already have & enjoy the moment & continue to make memories & every night to give thanks to the universe for guiding me into a new journey & for keeping me safe 🫶🏻.

I had someone ask me “What’s your New Years Resolution?” - my answer is… I don’t have one, because why make a resolution for the whole year when I know I’ll fall off… when I can just take one day at a time & continue to just be in the moment, after all “there’s a reason why it’s called the present moment” because it’s a gift to be where you are now 🫶🏻.

Thank you 2025 for teaching me & guiding me. I maybe a Yoga Teacher, but a teacher also needs a teacher 🫶🏻.

2026… I am ready for you, one day at a time 🥂

Even though it took 8 hours to get to Penticton on Wednesday (Hwy 5 was closed & had to detour) and was only there until Friday morning - however it was so worth it after finally meeting my niece Oriella Faye Minerva 🥹🩷

She’s just the sweetest baby ever, hardly cries & just loves her family (and really anyone who holds her) 🩷

I also love that I get to be reunited with my favourite peoples in the world ♥️ see the second last photo!

But watch the last video of Oriella laughing and smiling with her Auntie Hannah 🥹 it will melt your hearts 🥰.
The trip was so short, but it was so worth it after seeing this precious face! I didn’t want to leave 😭.

Join me for a special afternoon of mindful movement and meditation under the energy of the Full Moon. This workshop combines the grounding tradition of Hatha Yoga, the flowing rhythm of Moon Salutations, and the stillness of Deep Meditation for a well-rounded and restorative experience.

Hatha Yoga - A practice that balances strength and flexibility through steady postures and mindful breathing, helping you feel centered in both body and mind.

Moon Salutations - A gentle, circular sequence designed to Honor the Lunar Cycle. Practiced during the Full Moon, these movements invite reflection, renewal and inner balance.

Deep Meditation - Closing with a guided meditation to calm the nervous system, deepen awareness, and leave you feeling grounded, spacious and restored.

This class is open to everyone and for anyone to release tension, connect inward and flow with natural rhythm of the moon 🌕.

Hope 🫶🏻

Hope is a reminder that no matter where we are, something brighter is always possible. It’s not about ignoring challenges, but trusting that there is always a path forward. As we move today, let each breath be a reminder that Hope is alive in you. With every inhale, invite in possibility; with every exhale, release doubt. Allow your body to flow as an act of trust — trust in your strength, your resilience, and your light.

Hope is not wishful thinking. Hope is the audacity to believe that after everything you have been through, there is more ahead of you. It’s the courage to trust that as long as you’re still breathing, you have not missed out on what was meant for you. 💫

Starting New Chapter ✨

Is recognizing that the old one has nothing new to teach you. It’s time to find closure and start one that supports who you’re becoming, one that doesn’t just repeat the story of who you were or repeat the script of who you were with. When that internal dialogue that you’ve been listening to changes, surprising things start occurring in your life. The old story needed your attention and participation to survive, but once you step back it loses its power. If the old story starts up again, leave it, don’t fight it or fear it, just write a new ending ✨🫶🏻

Hello friends 🫶🏻. I have a lot of new friends on here & I thought it would be nice to introduce myself ☀️ I’ve started my Yoga journey in 2016 with Oxygen Yoga and Fitness in Aldergrove. Since then I’ve jumped into my 200 Hour Yoga Teaching Training in 2020 and started teaching in 2021 and now I’m about 15 hours away from completing my 300 Hour Yoga Teaching Training. I’m always educating myself to become a better teacher and person, how I teach is based off your anatomy, energy & your body alignment in a safe, non-judgment environment while still getting a great sweat. My favourite yoga quote: “Be patient to your restlessness. Be kind to your body. Be grateful for the opportunity of being here just now. Feel driven by the unique chance to learn a little more, to know yourself a little deeper.” Outside of yoga. I really enjoy spending time with my friends & family, going to sports events, comedy shows & I love travelling ✈️
