Starting New Chapter ✨

Is recognizing that the old one has nothing new to teach you. It’s time to find closure and start one that supports who you’re becoming, one that doesn’t just repeat the story of who you were or repeat the script of who you were with. When that internal dialogue that you’ve been listening to changes, surprising things start occurring in your life. The old story needed your attention and participation to survive, but once you step back it loses its power. If the old story starts up again, leave it, don’t fight it or fear it, just write a new ending ✨🫶🏻

Join me for a special evening of mindful movement and meditation under the energy of the Full Moon. This workshop combines the grounding tradition of Hatha Yoga, the flowing rhythm of Moon Salutations, and the stillness of Deep Meditation for a well-rounded and restorative experience.

Hatha Yoga - A practice that balances strength and flexibility through steady postures and mindful breathing, helping you feel centered in both body and mind.

Moon Salutations - A gentle, circular sequence designed to Honor the Lunar Cycle. Practiced during the Full Moon, these movements invite reflection, renewal and inner balance.

Deep Meditation - Closing with a guided meditation to calm the nervous system, deepen awareness, and leave you feeling grounded, spacious, and restored.

This class is open to everyone and is perfect for anyone seeing to release tension, connect inward and flow with the natural rhythm of the moon 🌕

I’ll be offering this workshop once a month from 12pm-1:15pm (75 mins) starting on October 5th and it’s held 💛

Hello friends 🫶🏻. I have a lot of new friends on here & I thought it would be nice to introduce myself ☀️ I’ve started my Yoga journey in 2016 with Oxygen Yoga and Fitness in Aldergrove. Since then I’ve jumped into my 200 Hour Yoga Teaching Training in 2020 and started teaching in 2021 and now I’m about 15 hours away from completing my 300 Hour Yoga Teaching Training. I’m always educating myself to become a better teacher and person, how I teach is based off your anatomy, energy & your body alignment in a safe, non-judgment environment while still getting a great sweat. My favourite yoga quote: “Be patient to your restlessness. Be kind to your body. Be grateful for the opportunity of being here just now. Feel driven by the unique chance to learn a little more, to know yourself a little deeper.” Outside of yoga. I really enjoy spending time with my friends & family, going to sports events, comedy shows & I love travelling ✈️

We have a tendency to think in terms of doing and not in terms of being:
We think that when we are not doing anything, we are wasting our time.

But that is not true. Our time is first of all for us to be.

To be what?
To be alive,
To be peaceful,
To be joyful,
To be loving.

And that is what the world needs most

Distorted Chakra System ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤍

Most humans operate either from the Lower Three Chakras - survival, desire, will, and ego - or from the Mind Energy of the Upper Chakras.

What is often missing is true Heart Chakra activation. Not just love as a concept, but embodied compassion, energetic coherence, and the ability to feel connected to Something Greater than the self.

Without the heart, the lower chakras become Reactive - driven by fear, scarcity, and control. The upper chakras become Ungrounded - filled with ideas, but lacking Integration. The heart is the Bridge. It’s what brings soul into form, and turns spiritual awareness into embodied wisdom. 💚

The universe responds to your frequency.

It doesn’t recognize your personal desires, wants or needs. It only understands the frequency in which you are vibrating at.

For example: If you are vibrating in the frequency of fear, guilt, or shame you are going to attract things of a similar vibration. If you are vibrating in the frequency of love, joy and abundance, you are going to attract things that support that frequency. It’s kinda like tuning into a radio station.

You have to be tuning into the music you want to listen to just like you have to be tuned into the energy you want to manifest into your life. Change your mindset, it will change your life 🙏🏻

If you want to learn about yourself, observe your breath. Check in. Is your breath short or long? Hurried or calm? Simply observing your breath can indicate how you are feeling at any particular moment. If the breath is short and abrupt, it may signify that you need to lengthen or deepen it in order to relax or feel invigorated. If deep breathing is agitating you, you may need to let the breath become shallow in order to calm yourself. Get quiet. Listen to what your breath is telling you. Let your breath be your teacher 😮‍💨

What happens on our yoga mat parallels what happens off our yoga mat. We encounter our struggles as well as our triumphs. We work out complicated problems, whether they are physical challenges or challenges related to our limitations and fears. We often experience a wide range of emotions during our yoga practice, just as we do in our daily lives. Every yoga practice session has a beginning, middle and end; much like the rise and fall of a day. Throughout each session, and throughout each day, our experience can be delightful or tough, easy or difficult, frustrating or satisfying. When we take the lessons we learn on our mats into our everyday lives, our lives become richer. We develop greater insights into the way we live. Yoga is your life 🩷

2025 has been so far so good to me & I hope it’s been the same for you! 🙏🏻.
Anyways, my schedule for teaching Yoga has expanded & this is where you can find me now! 🧘🏼‍♀️.

Tuesday night- 7pm: Barre Fusion / 8:15pm: Deep Stretch and Relaxation
Thursday Morning- 9:15am: Barre Fusion
Sunday Morning- 9:30qm: Hatha Flow / 10:45am: Core-Lates *Pilates*


Friday Night- 5pm: Mat Pilates / 6:15pm: Yoga and Core / 7:30pm: Candlelight Hatha and Stretch
Sunday Night- 6pm: Candlelight Hatha and Stretch
