Water is a Sacred Element that holds in its essence 'flow, awareness, and intense significance'. It is when water ceaselessly shows us her power, we take note, truly observing, in reverence, how unstoppable she can be. In these days of overwhelming rain in many parts of the world, including our own back yards, we can do little but yield to her force. We are however, reminded to stop for a moment and recognize our own unstoppable-ness - our existence as part of nature - our partnership with her. We are reminded to come to know our own true essence. Let us evolve in our understanding of our part with nature, how we many honour her and become partners not adversaries. It here that we see the reflection of our 'true selves', as we experience life in many different ways.

As we gathered in our Sacred Space, we offered our prayers to those experiencing the torrential rains that are causing flooding with our neighbours - those who are in harms way - those who raise our fruits, vegetables, and livestock for our consumption. Their loss will once again be greater than we can imagine. We give gratitude that we are safe. We ask for safe passage for all who must leave their homes for higher ground. May all be blessed. L

As Mercury goes direct and with a full moon arriving on Thursday, it is even more important than usual for us to move into awareness and connection to and with our heart space. Within our heart space we experience love, acceptance (of ourselves and others), we develop relationships, look to find understanding of our emotions and emotions of others. It is a time to find balance and self-acceptance. Look inward today ... and everyday ... is your heart space blocked? too open? balanced? Your heart space is the centre of your physical and ethereal bodies, and as such holds the opportunity for experiences of both the spiritual and physical nature ... interconnected resonance.

Today's crystal: Rose Quartz ... soothing, comforting, self-love, compassion for ourselves and others, receptivity, joy, creativity, love, and a sensation of wholeness.

Giving Ourselves Choices

Today we spoke of giving ourselves courage to make the choices we know are best for us. We also know 'right timing'. Choices are often borne of the time to let go ... to release ... at first (and often) it may seem daunting. After all, who will we be when we let go? An energy of doubt is created and we can go down the proverbial 'rabbit hole'.

What if there was a way we could bypass that rabbit hole? What if we practiced a ritual before letting go? Practicing more than once is often helpful as we summon up courage. To begin, perhaps you might activate your sixth sense which helps to broaden your knowledge (the tapping into and the receipt of it).

In addition, allow space for deep reflection (imagine wading into a cool pool of timeless clarity, buoying you up). It all sounds so very delicious and so very doable as you tap into your sixth sense, your untamed spirit, surrounded always and in all ways by love and protection. You're settling in to calmness, to remembrance, and to peace.

Feel it? The fear is dissipating as we speak ... courage has been
summoned and we're ready to give ourselves choices.

Path to Permission ... Creating a Healing Environment

Creating an environment conducive to rest, relaxation, restoration, and reparation at times feels effortless. Other times, and perhaps often of late, it proves to be a difficult challenge.

Today we gather together and speak of the feelings that have proved a deterrent to 'source a healing environment within'. Many of us shared our similar experiences, sadnesses, losses, and confusion. We talked about not knowing how to 'move through' those energies that at best, held us back and at their worst, created immobility within our hearts and our souls. We shared ideas around creative & alternative tools to guide us over seemingly insurmountable mountains. We shared the possibility of marvelous and magical actions to overcome deep feelings of guilt and shame. Speaking these words, sharing our similarities, helps us find our inner, loving voice. This voice gives us the promise of a clear path to a Sacred Space where gentle lives. A voice to a 'path to permission' to simply BE exactly who we are BEcoming.

Our realization... 'Togetherness', and 'Just BEing' is Love. A love that creates Stability, encourages Healing, brings a sense of Calming, Happiness, and Joy ... perhaps in small doses at the beginning and expanding into something dignified and glorious as we move forward.

We will endure - we always do. We will be resilient - we always are. We are nurturing - the kind of nurturing that is both giving and receiving. We are steadfast, sacred, and spiritual BEings.

Each day brings about change - sometimes small - sometimes overwhelming. Change does not have to be 'negative' in order to have an effect on us. Indeed change can be welcome. A catalyst ... shifting us into or out of decisions ... bringing about a reconnection to our very essence.

What changes are afoot for you? Are you looking for harmony, wisdom, empowerment? Do you crave more structure, clarity, health, prosperity? What parts of you need strengthening, purification, tranquility ... healing?

Change and Adaptability may begin simply with ... Gratitude, Ease, Devotion to what is right for you, defining what Freedom means to you.

Balance & Well-Being

Today you are invited to look at 'what needs doing' ... 'what is necessary'. From this purview, we observe our responsibilities along with what we love to do. Both needing and loving what to do are significant - equal in their importance to our balance and well-being.

As we attend to our responsibilities we are reminded to keep our eye on loving life ... walking through life with gratitude, kindness, and hopeful intentions. With our eye on balance and well-being, we look to determine what is to be released and what we need to embrace. As we choose and act we continue moving on the path - sometimes a straight line, more often with dips, turns, and roundabouts along the way. We begin to amplify with clarity what is required, what intentions are waiting to be spoken, balancing as we go.

Each time we become clearer, tuned in to what 'balance' and 'imbalance' each feel like, we realize growth is occurring, ancient wisdom is moving into our fields of intention. Daily we fine-tune our awareness to the multiplicity of life, and we become more and more beautifully adaptable. We become gentle and powerful. We become healers and spiritual representations of our warrior well-being. We embrace and expand into our Divine Connection.
Let us move through today in acceptance, with wisdom and gratitude, and carry with us the promise of balance and well-being.

Resolve

In the last weeks we've been exploring our 'Divine Connection', our resilience and the ability to 'reset' as a choice ... opening our hearts, minds, and bodies to embrace and experience all & more. Today we continue to observe and come to an understanding that life has more than one side to explore. Ask of yourself ... 'do my beliefs need scrutiny? do I need to shift/change somewhat? In the face of all that is outside myself, do I still have faith? Or, is my faith wavering?'

Within the shifts and wavers, the opportunity to strengthen our resolve, practice our resilience, and reset as a choice, all lay at our feet and within our heart. We simply need to choose as we explore our 'Divine Connection'.

Energies of love and infinite peace were with us today, allowing us to express ourselves with more clarity and reminding us to love ourselves.

As we look into the face of nature we embrace strength, endurance, resilience, balance, joy, nurturing, peace, directness, focus, and strength.

How we speak about ourselves, and the words we use to communicate have Transformative Powers ... may your words you speak to others and yourself be your Love Language:

Grounding in our Earth Body

We find ourselves moving through life with a new moon in Libra showering us with energies of 'balance'. Balance in relationships (partner, work, friendship, intimate, and more). We are being asked to seriously consider our balance with Mother Earth as well as our balance within our Earth Body. Have we ever considered ourselves as an Earth Body? Our spiritual self having an earthly experience in our Earth Body?

Kind of empowering!

Each new moon we are given the opportunity to begin anew. An opportunity to 'right the ship'. This begs the questions what do you wish/need:
'to set right?'
'to bring to fruition?'
'to plant? (seeds of consideration)'

Take these moments to consider the questions and the answers. Feel what you are called to do. Ground them in your beautiful Earthy Body, breathing into them, allowing the sun to shine and warm them, all the while taking steps, big or small, to begin and to bring some if not all, to fruition.

As you draw yourself into your Sacred Space this day, welcome the serenity of settling into your Earth Body. With the chaos (seemingly beyond our control and all about) you are still able to capture moments that move you into your higher truths and into harmonic balance (through meditative practices, communing with nature, grounding, awareness and desire to move your body, mind, and soul in compassionate ways).

As we open to and embrace our higher truths, we create vibrations of light that magically and majestically transform us. In this purest of vibrations we connect to Gaia, the Divine, and our Earth Body, creating a symphony that transforms all to Love.

Resilience

In the last few weeks we all, in some way or another, have been faced with resetting, shifting, releasing something(s) in our lives. And today we move into the framework of looking back and observing our life as threads of resilience ... some frayed, some robust and unyielding ... all forming our life in this moment.

Undoubtedly, there were things we could have done differently. The beauty of looking back in contemplation, is capturing the wisdom, offering gratitude for the lessons learned, being brave, letting go of that which no longer serves, and honouring the resilience we have curated throughout it all.

In contemplative retrospect, questions are asked, while answers find their way to us ... often not right away. And so, we stay the course with an openness to receive in the perfect time and space ... often requiring much patience and self-compassion.

Inquiring assists us to travel beneath the surface to sense, feel, and find. On this journey of inquiry, we come to experience, on a deep spiritual/ethereal level that which matters most. We bring this 'mattering' forward building upon existing threads, creating a most impeccable and integral journey. We are reminded that our fabric of resilience is created from threads of healing, of balance, of teaching, of bravery, of hope, of tenderness, of pride, of learning, of release, of spirituality, and of love. Each stitch within the weave continues to create the framework you desire.

If we wish to create more peace, for example ...

Peace within begets the framework for Peace without. Peace shows up as protection, as joyfulness, as gentleness, as elegance, as acceptance, as understanding, as diversity, as transformation. Resilience is a commitment to the discipline, the elegance, the challenges, the peace, and the love for all life.

Peace and Resilience ... perhaps you will choose them to be woven into the fabric of your life.
