I love Jamie Oliver’s food!! Every thing that I have ever made from his recipes has been FANTASTIC! Now that I’m leaning towards a more vegan/vegetarian lifestyle I’m excited for this book!!

I know I said last week that we would do the Grind this weekend but..... I had a bad fall yesterday and right now I am working on not needing crutches. The doctor said it’s ok and I should feel better in a couple of weeks. Fingers crossed for Easter

2. Push Ups (modified)
3. Stationary Lunges
4. Flowing Down Dog
