Hello Everyone! It's that time again! We're doing another WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE!
It's an 8 week challenge and every week I send only one email to provide some tips to help you break some of your habits with some small changes to your routine to help you get to your goals in a more healthy and happy way.
This challenge is not about who can lose the most weight in 8 weeks, but rather a lifestyle change that can help you understand the proper ways to provide your body with energy and what forms of exercise could work best for you, no matter what level of fitness you are at.
This challenge comes with an extra twist and incentive!
The fee to join the challenge is only $50. There is a payout for the top three participants that have shown their commitment to the challenge and not just starving themselves to lose the most weight. Remember, this is key. It is NOT about losing the most weight, because that is a setup for disaster.
The incentive that I am offering this round, is to help anyone who would like to try a trail run/walk in June, by registering for the Guelph Good Games trail run on June 28th. If you register for this event, you will then be registered for the Weight loss challenge as well (FREE)! I just need proof that you have joined. For those who join the Good Games Trail run, we can implement some options on proper nutrition, couch to 5km, or 10km if you fancy :) .
The challenge starts on Sunday April 19th, so I'm not giving too much time to ponder, but more GET ON THE BUS and let's GO!
