I completed my 3000 hour certification at Makami college in June of 2021. Primarily focusing on therapeutic deep tissue techniques I seek to create positive changes for my clients. After graduating university with a bachelors in sociology I found work in the oil and gas offices in downtown Calgary. Suffering an injury of my own I found healing and support through massage therapy. I became obsessed with the body; striving to learn how and why things hurt and heal. This drove me to make a drastic career change pursuing massage therapy education. I use my personal struggle and experience to facilitate and support my clients through the process of rehabilitation and healing. I use a wide variety of techniques such as cupping, myofascial release, muscle mobilization, and cross fiber frictioning. The body is infinitely complex so I try to remain open to new ideas and am consistently learning and applying new knowledge to my practice. In my spare time I try to stay active by practicing yoga, running, hiking, and weightlifting. On top of my active lifestyle I enjoy reading, competitive gaming, and socializing with friends over a good board game.
