Flex Friday! The pics with the black shorts just taken today. The other pics were taken end of November! I definitely see some muscle growth! Maybe you've been wanting to join me, but feel too scared to get out of your comfort zone and start investing in yourself! Or maybe you don't know where to start! A little throwback Thursday! Not even a year between these photos! I'm capable to building a nice healthy and strong body! I decided to commit and because of that I am succeeding! I would love to help you and be your personal coach! I have gained more energy, yes more confidence, less stressed and now I am more consistent, in all areas of my life, especially since being on the same shift!

I have been wanting to share about identifying and managing mind hunger, can't remember if I did already.
What is it? It's eating due to thoughts and certain reasons.
Reasons why it's unhelpful for weight loss:
Used to count calories and macros
Have you "saved" calories during the day causing you to overeat at night?
Eating extra snacks before a workout or eating an afternoon snack even when you're not hungry
We're told to eat every 2-3 hours,
Lastly our relationship with food
How is it helpful?
Before going to a party or other event eat some satisfying, this is to avoid mindless eating
How is this type of hunger managed?
Trust this program works
Track when mind hunger drives your eating choices, this is something I want to start to do myself.
Use the "week at a glance" section in your tracker
Re-watch program videos (available on our app or channel), pm me if you have anymore questions!
Lastly, track when sense hunger caused you to eat!
