Now that we’re really in the thick of Fall🍂, there’s a few people I know already feeling the S.A.D come on. Here is a reminder that I’ll be holding space all October for us to gather in community, and for you to dedicate time to fill your cup this season.🍵

🧚🏽‍♀️A SOUND MIND | This Sunday is the first of our bi-weekly candlelit community sound bath for the Fall.
🤸🏽‍♀️SOULWAV | Next Wednesday is the first ever gentle yoga class to soulful songs and Sound bath.
🧘🏽‍♀️SIS SLOW DOWN | The last Saturday of every month is our 3hr wellness event for Black women in the city.

Our classes are offered at a sliding scale rate to make these important moments of rest, healing and community more accessible to the folks that need it most. Details for the discount codes are in each product description on the site.

It’s time to honor the sun and its life-giving energy, celebrate personal and our communities growth, and set intentions for the coming months!

It’s officially on June 20th, however Our community candlelit sound baths are a perfect place to connect deeply with yourself, reflect on your journey and, of course, rest🩵 There is always time at the end to journal about your experience and share (if you’d like) with each other over some tea and cookies🫶🏽

.LovesYou and are joining forces again to bring you an evening of restorative yoga with supportive touch and sound✨ A space for you to sink in to the restorative postures, be held, and lean into a deep meditative sound state. We decided to extend the time to 90mins to lengthen the juiciness of this practice for you!💆🏽‍♀️

A few people shared with us at the last one that they were able to sink deeper into themselves during the sound bath because of the groundedness of the supportive touch. They were able to be in their body, unwind, and feel rejuvenated - we hope that you will too🫶🏽

New Time Alert🚨 Spring Equinox is approaching which means the days are getting longer and we’re spending more time outside (minus those cold days🥶).

We love having that intimate vibe the candle light gives off, so we decided to push back the start to 5:30pm every other Sunday.🕯

With that being said, we’ve started back A SOUND MIND, our community candlelit sound bath offering, and the next one is this Sunday March 3rd at .space.

We're closing up shop and want to send our thanks one last time! If you're not subbed to emails, you missed the news.📧

There's a lot of amazing transitions happening over here, and we have to close down the shop for a little while. We will be continuing and growing our wellness events + community over at .Me though🧘🏽‍♀️.

We love our pocket sized 30 ml aroma sprays so much and over the past little while have had a few inquiries about bigger sizes. We decided to ask YOU if you wanted them a few days ago too & you said YES🙌🏽

Room sized 100 ml sprays are officially available on the shop for the rest of the holidays🎉 Perfect scents in this size are REST + JOY for those sleepless nights and low mood days. There's a very limited quantity though & the last day to get your local orders in for Xmas is Friday Dec 18th.🎁

In July, we launched the 6-month Ripple Empathy Project with the help of the Fund. The project is designed to make wellness more accessible for the BIPOC community. Over the past 5 months, we have been giving away 3 free wellness bundles each month to our community for a variety of reason.

We know how difficult this season can be for some and so we’ve added an extra two wellness bundles. If you or anyone you know may be in need due to financial reasons, mental health, grieving, etc.
