Did you know that Clary Sage is oil that can help to balance hormones.

Clary Sage can help to regulate the menstrual cycle by balancing hormone levels naturally. It has the power to treat symptoms of PMS as well, including cramps ,bloating, food cravings and mood swings.

The oils is anti-spasmodic meaning it treats spasms by relaxing the nerve impulses we can’t control. Cool !!

Eating a well- balanced diet is essential for proper hormone balance. Certain foods in your diet can restore or throw off your hormones.

Diet is important as it provides the body with raw materials and fuel it needs to make your hormones.

A huge number of clinical studies and hormone research, has associated plant-based diet intake ( especially those rich in polyphenols ) with various beneficial health and biological benefits. These polyphenols (beneficial plant compounds with antioxidant properties that help keep you healthy and protect against various diseases) affect various cellular and hormonal pathways. For example they can help reduce inflammation.

Many factors related to diet contribute to hormonal imbalance for example inflammation caused by a poor diet of processed foods, and sugar coupled with a sedentary lifestyle, and other factors such as poor sleep, stress, and digestive issues will cause a cascade of health issues so be sure to incorporate lots of fruits and vegetables into diet.

What does your diet consist of ?

A study published in the archives of gynaecology and obstetrics suggest that eating more apples leads to better s*x for women. ( who doesn’t need more of that 😍)

The apples may improve s*xual function. They contain polyphenols and antioxidants that stimulates the blood flow to the genitalia and va**na, thus helping with arousal.

They also contain phloridzin, a common phytoestrogen that is structurally similar to estradiol a female s*x hormone and plays a huge role in va**nal lubrication and female s*xuality.

Ladies, isn’t this a great reason to eat more apples!! 👍🏾

Nutrients affect how our hormones are going to operate. Hormones control how much nutrients you are going to get into your body. Same with foods.

Hormones control stress and vice versa stress affects other hormones.

The environment has an effect on your hormones, and hormonal balance is important for detoxifying toxins.

Hormones control digestion, if your digestion is not working properly you will not have the nutrients and building blocks for creating good hormones.

Sleep is also controlled by hormones and if you don’t get adequate sleep you will have hormonal imbalances as a result.

Finally, hormones control other hormones.

Hormones all interact with each other.

How are your hormones interacting with each other.

HORMONES 101

Do you know what hormones are, what they do,and how they function in your body?

Did you know that they help to regulate the activity of your cells and tissue in various organs of the body.

Hormones are chemical messengers produced by certain glands in the body and then released into your bloodstream.

In women your s*x hormone like estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, and other hormones like DHEA and cortisol put forth a powerful effect on your body throughout various stages of your life such as pregnancy, puberty,peri-menopause and menopause.

A step in creating hormone balance is knowing the function of your hormones.

What to do think is the function of your hormones in creating balance in your body ?

End of the days of summer. We say goodbye to summer and hello to fall.

I took some much needed time for myself this summer. A parent of mine passed on and due to that thing going around, I was unable to travel to spend time with him before he passed or pay my last respects after. It was a real bummer emotionally. It’s time to move on now. I’m much better emotionally.

I would appreciate your help and support on creating some content for you.

Please post down below ⬇️ or DM me what you are interested in knowing. Anything questions or topics hormone related to digestion, stress, supplements, detoxification, foods, essential oils, hair loss, estrogen dominance. PMS...etc The list is endless. You comment I create.

Thank you 🤗for your support and l look 👀 forward to what you come up with.
