What happens when a dietitian and her three kids are all diagnosed with ADHD? This.
I’ve seen a lot of new faces here lately, so I thought it was the perfect time to reintroduce myself.
I’m Shée Lillejord—a Registered Dietitian with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutritional Science from the University of Alberta and a completed Dietitian Internship. I’m also a mom of three amazing ADHD kids. A few years ago, we were all diagnosed with ADHD, and it completely changed how I understood food, focus, and self-care.
Now I help other ADHD brains—kids, teens & adults—find simple, realistic ways to eat that boost focus, lift mood, and fuel energy… without guilt, shame, or overwhelming rules.
If you’re curious where to start, check out my new blog post: 10 Common Challenges with Eating and Weight Loss When You Have ADHD —you’ll see you’re not alone, and I share ways to make food work with your brain, not against it.
On this page, you’ll also find:
✨ ADHD-friendly food tips & brain-boosting ideas
✨ Support for parents raising ADHD kids
✨ Real-life strategies that actually fit into busy days
✨ A community that gets how your brain works
If you’re new here, say hi in the comments and tell me your go-to comfort snack—mine (currently- as it often changes) is apple slices with peanut butter.
And don’t forget to follow along so you don’t miss future tips and support.
Xo,
