I’ll be honest, I definitely felt a bit of postpartum after delivering this project to the client. It was my first magnetic knife block, built to hold an 8" chef’s knife, a 2.5" paring knife, and four matching steak knives. The blade design is entirely new, and each one features a gun-blue finish that pairs perfectly with the stag-antler handles, burrs and all. And yes, before you ask, finding antlers in just the right size and shape for each knife was no small task, but I’m pretty happy with how it all turned out.
