Chicken Wings

After a ton of experimenting I figured out how to make baked wings seem like they’re fried.

You get the added bonus of NOT having to take in all those calories from the oil the fried ones are cooked in.

The wire racks are key.

Put them on a baking sheet and then lay your wings on top of the racks skin side up.

Salt and pepper

Into a 490 degree oven for 15 minutes

Drop oven temp to 450

Bake for 10 more minutes

Flip

Salt the backs 🧂

Back into the over for 10-20 minutes depending on the size of your wings 🍗

‼️BONUS TIP‼️

Make sure you flip the wings right away when you take them out of the over.

Get them skin side up and off the racks as soon as they’ve finished cooking.

This keeps the skin even crispier.
