Finally able to offer in-person service again! It has been a long wait and I am so glad to be able to offer both in person and video counselling!

The new year is upon us....2020 has given us much to deal with, think about, wonder about! Although 2021 brings with it hope for the end of this pandemic, we are not there yet! While we focus on our physical health, we also need to take care of our mental health...we have been coping with a lot. Best wishes for a joyful, healthy, balanced 2021! Take care of your whole self as we enter this new year!

What an interesting time we are living in right now! Please know that you are not alone in this—-we may be physically distancing from each other but that doesn’t mean that we are emotionally distanced!
Give yourself credit for all you are doing—even if it doesn’t feel like you are doing all you want to be doing! Self care and self love matters at this time...and if that doesn’t feel like it is enough—-there are many places you can reach out to get support/help/connection to know that you are not alone!! Please reach out if you need to!
