My work was born from my own journey of loss, burnout, and rediscovery. After years of being everything for everyone — daughter, wife, mother, caregiver, volunteer, employee, self employed, boss etc. — I lost connection with myself and fell into deep exhaustion and depression. Through therapy - including CBT, healing, ritual, and gentle self-inquiry, I bega
n to rebuild my inner relationship — and now I guide other women to do the same. In our sessions, we create sacred space together — a space of freedom, peace, and presence. I use simple yet powerful rituals like mindful breathing, candlelight, bay leaf release, and ceremonial tea or cacao to help you come home to yourself. Every session is intuitive and unique, shaped by your level of openness and the guidance that arises. My intention is for you to leave feeling grounded, clear, and more at ease in your own skin. Over time, these moments of reconnection grow into a deeper self-relationship — one that brings confidence, compassion, and wholeness into your daily life. Sacred space, to me, isn’t about perfection or performance — it’s about being free to come exactly as you are and to be met with light, love, and acceptance.
