🕺🏻 This session will guide simple movements to get your body moving & fluids flowing. After a quick movement practice we will lay down for the breathwork journey. During the journey all 3 reiki practitioners will provide hover & hands on reiki healing to the group.🤲

✨ Limited to 10 spots

Yoga mat & blanket are provided. Bring along your water bottle & journal/pen (optional). Doors open 15 minutes early so you can get settled.

Reiki is meant to be experienced, not just learned.

In our training, we explore the origins, principles, and science behind Reiki through guided book work, but we also spend plenty of time on the tables, practicing, feeling, and integrating the energy.

Because true understanding comes through experience. 🙏🏻🤲🏻✨️
