This equestrian-specific yoga class supports riders of all disciplines by addressing common areas of tension while building strength, flexibility, and balance. Each session includes guided meditation and journaling prompts designed to enhance mental clarity, emotional awareness, and rider-horse connection.
Ideal for riders seeking improved performance, stress relief, and intentional self-care.
