Hi Gravelbourg, Assiniboia and area. Balance Body Therapy scheduling has changed. The clinic will be open from 9:00 to 3:00 and the odd day to 5:00. I will be in Gravelbourg clinic every Monday, the odd Tuesday and Friday. All the other days I will be in Assiniboia clinic. Sorry the schedule may seem scattered between both towns, but this will be changing in the new year when I’m able to clean it up.

About Me

Christal DeCap is a registered massage therapist with the completion with over 2500hrs at the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy. A set goal of mine is to rehabilitate patients dealing with chronic and acute pain, by increasing flexibility, relaxation and overall well-being. My work is client-centered, and my treatments are created to meet my client’s specific goals. A thorough health history, consultation, and assessment are performed at the first session and sessions throughout in order to figure out how to proceed with a personalized treatment plan. Looking forward to serving new & existing patients.
