The Zen Circle depicted on my Studio Ensō logo is the lost Japanese symbol of Reiki. It is said that the imperfect Zen Circle can only be created in a moment when the mind is at peace both mentally & spiritually.
Many of us strive for personal & spiritual growth—searching for a sense of inner peace and feeling of completeness.
Reiki can assist you in your search as it allows the body to feel stillness & aid in healing. Accepting this transformative energy can assist you in moving forward from stress, trauma & heaviness that may hold you back from your true self. Reiki often induces a sense of calm, focus & clearness—allowing you to move forward in your journey called life. 🌟

What can you expect?

💫 Reiki helps to harmonize the body, mind and spirit. I guide my guests to relax fully clothed on a massage table. Sessions last approx 75 mins or longer. I start the session with intention setting, crystal placements, the selection of a personalized essential oil, and deep breathing to get centred.

💫 Pressure is not placed on the body, making it ideal for treating those of all ages and conditions. Most times hands are held away from the body.

💫 The healing energy is intuitively & spiritually guided, and flows to where it is required. It can be felt as a warm sensation or tingling in the body, leaving you feeling calm & relaxed.

💫 I close with a discussion of your session, the reading of your chosen intuitive Angel Card & follow up suggestions. 🌟
