Motorcycle First Aid Course – Interest Check 🏍️🚑
We’re looking at launching a 4-hour Motorcycle Accident Care course through Rescue Ready Education.
This would be built specifically for riders and riding groups, focusing on what actually matters when things go sideways:
Scene safety on the road
Helmet removal & spinal considerations
Bleeding control & trauma management
What to carry on your bike (and how to use it)
Simple. Practical. Effective.

Another great day out supporting Barriere First Responders Society during their training!

At Rescue Ready Education, we’re big believers that training should go beyond the textbook. Bringing real-world experience, practical skills, and honest expectations into the classroom is what truly prepares responders for the calls they’ll face.

👥 Interested in volunteering with BAFRS?
Those willing to volunteer with BAFRS may be eligible to take the course at no cost.

🎓 Not looking to volunteer?
You can still register for the course through Rescue Ready Education at the standard course rate.

This partnership helps strengthen local emergency response while providing accessible training opportunities for our community.

Is there interest in an OFA Level 1 or OFA Level 3 course in our area?

Rescue Ready Education is looking at the possibility of running Occupational First Aid (OFA) Level 1 and/or Level 3 locally — but we want to gauge interest first.
If a course were offered: • Would you attend OFA 1, OFA 3, or either?

Let us know — if there’s enough interest, we can make it happen and post course dates.

Hemorrhage control day for our EMR class! Some enjoyed the blood more then others 🤪 but everyone succeeded in stopping the bleeding.
