Youth Yoga and Mindfulness class on Saturdays!
$50 pass for the month of November

Great for your kids that would benefit from moving their body in all sort of fun ways that are challenging and require focus and connection to their breathing.

We settle in at the end for minfullness exercise to help increase positive self talk, focus and calmness.
