It's a beautiful hot day today! Here are some tips to beat the heat! ⬇️

Stay Hydrated 💧
- Drink plenty of water throughout the day, even before you get thristy.

Stay in a cool environment ❄️
- Spending time in air-conditioned areas like the mall, library, etc..
- If you dont have AC, try taking frequent showers or spend time in the lowest floor of your house.

Limit physical activity 🏃‍♀️
- avoid strenuous activities, especially during the hottest parts of the day (between 10am and 4pm)
- If you must be active, remember to take lots of breaks and seek shaded areas if possible.
