This Sunday, Jonathan and I will be hosting a soundbath meditation at The RMT House in Barrie.
This will be our first event after the holiday break, and we look forward to introducing some new sound tools.

Sound bath meditation is considered beneficial for several reasons:

Yesterday, Jonathan and I took a road trip to Niagra to visit one of our favourite Sound practitioners at her Sound Journey Store ✨️
Treating ourselves to some early Christmas gifts.Getting to try our hands on some fascinating musical instruments and adding a few more peices to our sound stage.

We look forward to taking the break over the holiday season to flow into a deep music practice together, enjoying all of our peices that have been made a harmonic family thanks to our friend Denise 💖✨️🎵

We have a new location coming up October 24th 7-9pm in the tranquil space of RMT House.

We are so lucky to have an incredible community of health practitioners who help support our journey. Together, is where we belong. Learning, sharing, and growing into the best version of ourselves.

This beautiful tranquil space will be the newest home to our crystal sound baths on the third Thursday of every month.

Our first date is coming up October 24th 7-9pm
