No one talks about how vulnerable it can feel to exercise after having a baby.

Especially if you’ve experienced:
• leaking
• heaviness or pressure
• back pain
• a C-section
• feeling disconnected from your core

You are not broken.
You are not behind.
And you definitely don’t need to “push through it.”

You need guidance.
You need progression.
You need someone who understands how your nervous system, pelvic floor, and core actually work together.

That’s exactly why we built Level 1.

✔ Small group
✔ Medically guided
✔ Baby-friendly
✔ Focused on breathing, core engagement, loading, and rebuilding real strength

No mirrors.
No pressure.
No “bounce back.”

Just women learning how to trust their bodies again.

If this post felt like it was written about you… it probably was 🤍

Postpartum isn’t about “bouncing back.”
It’s about rebuilding properly; with intention, timing, and support.

Many women are navigating pain, leaking, weakness, and fear around movement long after they’ve been “cleared.” Rest alone doesn’t restore function…targeted, progressive rehab does.

At PUSH, we rebuild pressure systems first.
Breathing. Core coordination. Pelvic floor support.
So your body can handle real life again.

Sometimes strength isn’t the problem, timing is.
We progress load safely, teach modifications, and build confidence instead of fear.

Whether you’re newly postpartum or years out, your care shouldn’t end at six weeks.
Our postnatal programs are medically guided, supportive, and designed to help you rebuild for life.

Not sure where you fit when it comes to prenatal, postnatal, or baby care?
Save this! 👇🏻

Truth is, there’s no “right” starting point when it comes to care, just the one that fits you right now.

At PUSH, we support women and babies through every stage:
• Prenatal strength + movement
• Early and progressive postnatal rehab
• Baby milestone support
• Ongoing strength training
• One-to-one clinical care when you need it

Whether you’re pregnant, newly postpartum, years out, or supporting your baby’s development, there’s a place for you here 🤍

Strength training shouldn’t feel intimidating.
Or chaotic.
Or like you don’t belong.

At PUSH, our classes are women-only, capped at 6–7 people, and coached with intention. We focus on teaching proper strength fundamentals, offering real modifications, and helping you build confidence in your body — not just “get through a workout.”

Our space is welcoming to women in all stages of life — whether you’re juggling kids, coming back after injury, navigating hormonal changes, or simply ready to train with more purpose. And yes, our classes are child-friendly for those who need that flexibility.

If you’ve been curious but unsure, this is your sign.
Your first class is on us.
