“I don’t know what I’m doing”

If you’ve ever thought that about yoga, you’re not alone.

One of the things we hear most often from participants is that they were nervous to come to their first class. Nervous they wouldn’t know the poses. Nervous they wouldn’t be flexible enough. Nervous they wouldn’t fit in.

Then they realize something:

…You don’t need to know anything before you walk through the door.

At PUSH, our goal isn’t perfect poses. It’s creating a welcoming space where you can move your body, slow down, breathe, and take an hour for yourself.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning after years away, we’ll meet you where you’re at and guide you through the rest.

🤍 Small class sizes
🤍 Supportive environment
🤍 No prior experience required
🤍 Every body welcome

PUSH Reset begins Sunday, June 7 at 4:00 PM.

Come as you are. We’d love to have you join us.

Your body isn’t the problem.

Your care just isn’t built for the stage you’re in.

Pregnancy. Postpartum. Return to running. Perimenopause & beyond…

These aren’t phases you “push through.”
They’re phases you train for.

That’s exactly why we built PUSH the way we did.

So you always know what comes next.
And you’re never left guessing.

If you’re not sure where to start, send us a message. We’ll help you find your next step.

Your baby is not lazy.

Babies are wired to move, explore, and develop new skills.
If they’re struggling with tummy time, rolling, crawling, or walking… there’s usually a reason.

Things like oral ties, torticollis, reflux, or asymmetries can make movement harder.
Not because they don’t want to move, but because their body needs a bit more support.

This is exactly what we focus on inside our PUSH pediatric programs.

We assess where your baby is at, guide you through what’s going on, and show you exactly what to do at home so you feel confident supporting their development.

Small groups. Medically guided. Individualized support.

Limited spots available for our next session.

DM with questions, or head to the link in bio to learn more.

Your baby isn’t lazy.

If they’re struggling with tummy time, rolling, crawling or walking… there’s always a reason.

Babies are wired to move, explore and learn.
When something feels hard, their body is telling us something.

That’s where the right support matters.

At PUSH Pediatric Programs, we combine:
• education
• hands-on strategies
• guided movement

…to help you understand your baby and support their development with confidence.

Classes starting soon with limited spots remaining.

Most new moms don’t feel ready to start something like this.

Not because they don’t want to…
But because it feels like too much.

“What if my baby cries?”
“What if I have to stop?”
“What if I’m not strong enough yet?”
“What if everyone else is further along than me?”

We hear this every single day.

And the truth is…
Level 1 was built for that exact version of you.

The one who is still healing
The one who feels unsure
The one who hasn’t “bounced back”
The one who just wants to feel like herself again

You don’t need your baby to nap perfectly
You don’t need to feel confident walking in
You don’t need to be “in shape”

You just need a place that meets you where you are

That’s what this is

A room full of women figuring it out together
A space where you can pause, feed, cry, laugh, and keep going
A program designed to rebuild your strength confidently and intentionally

Level 1 isn’t about being ready
It’s about starting anyway—with support

Spring session is now open
We keep these classes small on purpose so spots are very limited

If you’ve been thinking about it, this is your sign to start
