I offer training for every fitness level! Services I offer include:

✔ I offer a free initial consultation to find out more about your goals, fitness level and any current health issues you may have.
✔ I can create a customized training program for you, that suits your fitness level, goals and time schedule. And I am by your side every step of the way, working with you.
✔ My pricing varies dependi

ng on the frequency of work outs you're interested in, the duration, etc. (My fees start at $20 per 30mins of training)
✔ I can work with you at either Everybody Fitness or Gymnasia in Bathurst, or even at your home gym, if you prefer.
✔ I make things fun and interesting by integrating free weights, body weight exercises, HIIT training, and cardiovascular activities- all customized for your fitness level and goals.
✔ You can feel confident that you are in the hands of someone with not only 23yrs of training experience, but I am also a certified Health & Wellness Coach, Fitness/Resistance Training Coach and Nutrition Coach. Joining a gym doesn't have to be scary or intimidating- let me work with you, show you the ropes, and help you get excited and motivated about working out, and I guarantee that you will feel great and have fun doing it. - Get in the best shape of your life, no matter what your present physical abilities are!
