Cost: $90 (6 week series- once a week)

We are excited to start our yoga classes back up! 6 week series will start the week of Sept 22nd.

Looking at 3-4 classes/week based on demand.

Class time possibilities (not set- will decide based on interest)

Monday 7:00 pm

Wednesday: 5:30 and 7:00 pm

May offer a class on Tuesday or Thursday evebing if interest is there. 🙂🙂

Our next series will be 4 weeks (instead of 6)! As the winter departs and spring sets in, the heat of the studio is still so needed 🙌🙂❤️. Youll love it.

Classes will start May 20th and end June 11th.

2 “FEEL GOOD FLOW” classes offered:

Tuesday: 5:30-6:30 pm (Susan)

Wednesday: 7:30-8:30 pm (Nancy)

All classes are beginner friendly and easily modified for more or less of a challenge. 💪

If we have high numbers looking to join, we may add another class.💥

We will be taking a break Easter week for all the hockey and vacation parents so no need to worry about missing! We will be offering a pop up class or two for those who want a class that week! 🙌💪🎉

Take an hour to yourself. You won’t be disappointed. Beginners welcome and all classes appropriate for beginners 💥
