Tomorrow, Sunday is our first Pilates class of the week. 🧘‍♀️

Must be 5 participants per class to go ahead so grab a friend and head out! 🙂 No experuejve required! Most poses are on the floor so minimsl up and down 👌.

We are excited to start our next series of classes at our Bay Bulls studio!

Starting Sunday, February 15th, we will begin a 6 week series. BUT, for this series, we are offering a Valentines special! $72 for 6 weeks (one class per week at $12/class). Amazing deal for all those people wanting a reboot, get out of the cold, continue their practice and get moving to kick this winters butt! 💪💪

JOIN THE YOGA AND PILATES JANUARY RESET! 🙂🎉👌💪👏

This week, our 4 week sessions resume! After a busy Christmas and New Year, we could all use some self care with a detox and flush out of all the “extras” we ingested. 🥂🍻🥓🍟🍕🍗😃

Here is our weekly schedule:

Monday:

5:30 pm -Pilates with Jacqueline
7:00 pm- Yoga with Jacqueline

Tuesday:

5:30 pm- Yoga with Susan

Wednesday:

5:30 pm- Intermediate Yoga with Nancy
7:00 pm- Beginner Workshop with Nancy

Thursday:

6:30 pm- Yoga-Pilates Fusion with Jacqueline

Sundays:

11:00 am- Pilates with Adrienne

Cost:
$60 for 4 week Yoga
$80 for 4 week Pilates
