JOIN THE YOGA AND PILATES JANUARY RESET! 🙂🎉👌💪👏

This week, our 4 week sessions resume! After a busy Christmas and New Year, we could all use some self care with a detox and flush out of all the “extras” we ingested. 🥂🍻🥓🍟🍕🍗😃

Here is our weekly schedule:

Monday:

5:30 pm -Pilates with Jacqueline
7:00 pm- Yoga with Jacqueline

Tuesday:

5:30 pm- Yoga with Susan

Wednesday:

5:30 pm- Intermediate Yoga with Nancy
7:00 pm- Beginner Workshop with Nancy

Thursday:

6:30 pm- Yoga-Pilates Fusion with Jacqueline

Sundays:

11:00 am- Pilates with Adrienne

Cost:
$60 for 4 week Yoga
$80 for 4 week Pilates

Placentia Clinic Celebrations! 🙂🎉❤️👏🎄🥰🥳

Today, our admin, Michelle Shellie Brewer, celebrated her 1st year Anniversary with Physio & Co.! What a gift Shellie has been to our clinic. She is an amazing and dedicated staff member and gives the best service to everyone who enters our clinic. 🥰 She is so loved by all of her co-workers and patients of the clinic.

On Monday, Shellie also celebrated her birthday and we wish her the best year! 🎉🥳 Happy Belated sista! ❤️

December 4th, Physio Aishwarya, celebrated her 2nd year Anniversary treating Placentia peeps and those in the surrounding areas. She has been nothing but fabulous, professional and passionate about her care of every patient! We are very lucky to have her! 🎉❤️🥰

What a year it’s been! We have had Maria with our clinics since 2018 in many roles but she has finally logged her first year as a Registered, Full Time Physio! 🎉🎉🎉🎉💪💪

She’s been so amazing with all of her patients and has made a tremendous impact immediately to our Bay Bulls clinic. We, and the Southern shore, are very lucky and blessed to have her. Her passion and attention to detail for every person she treats truly makes her special ❤️.
