Upcoming Free Adult Yoga Classes at the Kearney Tourist Chalet Park

The Town of Harbour Grace will be offering free access yoga sessions for adults with Jennifer Ellsworth this summer. Classes will be held on the following dates:

• Thursday, July 3
• Thursday, July 10
• Thursday, July 17
• Thursday, July 24
• Thursday, July 31

All classes start at 10:30 a.m. outside at the Kearney Tourist Chalet park. No registration required. Participants must bring their own mats. In case of inclement weather, class will be held at the Danny Cleary Harbour Grace Community Centre’s Multipurpose Room.

Thank you Courtney at Priority Wellness for the group reiki session you graciously offered us yesterday. What an amazing and insightful experience.
