The below set of undress ribbons are the medals of Cpl Matthew Dinning, a Royal Canadian Air Force Military Police officer who was killed in Afghanistan on the 22nd of April 2006. Today marks the 250th defibrillator donation of the Dave Mounsey Memorial Fund - and HMS is honoured to donate and supply all undress ribbons for each donation.
