Friendly reminder that there will be a 6am class at the Beachburg Hall tomorrow (Friday) 🌞 Sunrise is 5:32am and the doors will be open at 5:45am

For the non early rises that would like to come out, Monday we will have a class at 5pm at the Beachburg Hall ☺️

I’m so happy and thankful to be able to utilize my love of teaching to share my passion for movement and mindfulness through yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️
Being back on the mat with community classes has been filling my cup more than I could have ever hoped for. The hall where I started teaching group yoga classes a decade ago has a special place in my heart. I’m feeling fortunate that I’ve found the time and space within me to (finally after a 3 year hiatus of only teaching private “bubbles” of people) continue teaching commUNITY classes here now 🥰 Preparing for more classes across the region in the months to come 🙏🏼 Whitewater Yoga

Yoga tonight at the Beachburg Hall. Doors will be open at 8pm with our practice starting at 8:15pm and running to 9:15pm. Join us for a gentle and relaxing practice of breathwork and mindful movement ✨

$20 drop-in available as well as 5 class ($75) and 10 class ($195) packs for the May class series… 14 scheduled classes at the Beachburg Hall ☺️

First class of the May Yoga Series with DL (me) at the Beachburg Hall (formerly the Orange Hall on Beachburg Road beside the Old Scotia Bank) starts tonight! 🎉

Don’t worry if you don’t have time to do the registration before class but will attach the registration link in the comments. All levels welcome to our first community class together since 2020!

$20 to Drop-In

Monday evenings May 1 to May 29
Tuesday evenings May 2 to May 30
Fridays morning May 5 to June 2

5 class session for $75
10 classes $140
15 classes $195

You can also attend a combination of the different class days/times in a multi-class package!
