15 years ago today I began this journey as an RMT.
So much along the way…
The only thing i know for certain is that you have to lean in and embrace change, then fear releases its grip.

I went back to school in my early 30s as a single parent, years after a 5 year art studio major in school. (And after working as a thai massage practitioner and yoga teacher trainings)

Here I am, 15 years in practice, believe in yourself even when you don’t know the way, doors open.
You have to be brave and walk though them✨🌸☀️.

People don’t remember the words you say, they remember how you make them feel ✨

My designation is RMT, it doesn’t really resonate with me, never really has since the day I received it….
My work is to serve, my work is to be brave enough to show up each day and trust that I am in the greatest service to my community, to other humans who walk this journey, maybe at times who also have forgotten the light that is perhaps a small flicker within them.
It’s energy, it’s love, it being reminded of who you are and who you are meant to be
