We are excited to announce a new addition to our ATouch Team. Starting next Tuesday you will now be able to book with Cassi!
Cassi is an RMT with a decade of experience, whose modalities include myofascial cupping.
Specializing in creating a calm, therapeutic space where ones body can truly relax and heal, she gives customized treatments (that may include essentials oils) that utilize a blend of deep tissue techniques and gentle relaxation to ensure whether you are dealing with chronic tension, sports related tightness or just wanting to unwind, you will leave your treatment feeling better in your body.
Cassi will be available Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday for both afternoon and evening appointments.
Although in the process of setting up direct billing that may not be available for the first few sessions. You will be able to submit on your own still though.

My very talented boyfriend made these beautiful shelves for various members of the family and I told him he should start to sell them! All are made from beautiful rough cut spruce, the shelf has a gorgeous live edge to it and he added a piece of twisted pine on this one as well. This piece measures 21.5x381/4” with the shelf being approximately 7.5 inch depth although he has made 2’ to 4’ length shelves before. We wanted to get feedback if there would be an interest and how much you would think is a fair price for something like this? I was thinking somewhere around 175$, thoughts or suggestions welcome!

ATouch is so excited to welcome Angela Rolf to our team!!! Angela is not only an RMT with almost a decade of experience, but she has also completed her course in Canada Master pedicure with NASP. Allowing her to specialize in foot care with seniors, ingrown toenails and reconstruction of the toe nails as she is certified in Medical Pedicures.

A graduate of Makami College and a registered Massage therapist for 9 years. Angela has found she prefers using more therapeutic techniques during her treatments, and prefers to work deeper to reach the deeper muscle groups which allow her to better treat the root of her clients issues. She will also be providing relaxation massages and as an empathic person, enjoys incorporating an empathic approach with all of her treatments.
Prior to exploring her love of massage Angela spent a decade as a mental health nurse, before moving to work as a home care nurse where she primarily assisted with dementia, palliative and hospice care patients.
