Things I wish I knew before my spiritual awakening….

There was a time in my life when I was extremely depressed, and I didn’t want to be here anymore. At the moment I was about to leave the world behind, I’d begin my spiritual journey.

Someone said to me: you’re not depressed or waking up and that changed everything for me. As someone who suffered from postpartum depression and has a history of depression in the family, this gave me so much hope that there was so much more waiting for me and there is for you too!

I get so many clients asking me to help them with depression and because they feel stuck, they don’t know where to turn. My advice to those you feel stuck and depressed is to never give up even when you feel like you want to. Keep going because I promise something better is coming in the future.

You just gotta hang in there. Ask for help. Don’t do it all by yourself.

The Singing Medium Story

How does one go from one dream career to the next in a matter of seconds? That was me that fateful day five years ago when I was invited to a Group Mediumship Event. I wore my teacher clothes and sat there wondering what the hell I was even doing there. I don’t know if I believe in any of this stuff. Do I? I was about to find out (remember) that my destiny had been laid out before me long before I was born. This would be the day I realized I was going to go through a major transformation.
