If you’re struggling to hit your protein… start with one solid meal 👇

While he was “making” eggs, I made one of my go-to high-protein meals:

🍳 2 eggs + 1 cup egg whites
🥬 Veggies
🧀 1/4 cup light cheese
🍞 1 slice whole grain toast

Macros:
Protein: 37g
Carbs: 21g
Fat: 15g
Calories: ~375

Simple. Filling. Gets the job done.

Most people aren’t under-eating carbs…
