Also, a quick reminder to schedule your December appointments early - my schedule gets very busy during the holidays, and remember most insurance benefits renew in January. If you don’t use your benefits before the end of the year, you lose them!

✨ I’m Back! ✨

After 12 wonderful months on maternity leave, I’m excited to announce that I’ll be returning to Apex Orthopaedic Rehabilitation on October 6th, 2025!

It’s been an incredible year of growth, both personally and as a parent, and I’m feeling recharged and ready to get back to what I love—helping clients move better, feel stronger, and return to doing the things they love.

📅 I’m now booking appointments and can’t wait to reconnect with returning clients and welcome new faces too.
