Welcome to Cindy Gillis Counselling Services. I have been an educator for over 25 years with a passion for supporting the well being of others. I am able to provide a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space for you to feel supported and heard while exploring your thoughts, emotions and any challenges you may be facing. Sometimes simply talking about what is bothering you can be a good first step towards improving on your self awareness, coping skills and quality of life. Specialty areas include stress, anxiety, depression, separation, divorce, relationships, life transitions, grief, self awareness and education. Therapy techniques may include Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Exposure Therapy, and Person Centred-Therapy. Currently accepting new clients for in person, phone and virtual appointments. Please reach out for a free 15 minute consultation. Receipts provided for insurance reimbursement.
