Hi there, I'm Cathy. I've been on a personal journey lately to follow my heart and do more of the things that make me happy and light up my soul, and less of the things that don't. Saying no to the things that didn't light me up has caused profound shifts in my life, and all for the better. I love supporting people in discovering this process for themselves and cheering them on as they learn and grow, both as a former college professor, and as a therapist.

I currently have a couple of spots open in my therapy practice for online, telephone or in-person sessions. As a Registered Social Worker, my services are covered by most benefit plans.

I know that you will get the most out of this work if our personalities feel like the right fit for You. It's kind of like shopping for new shoes!
