Just a heads up… we’ll be closed on Labour Day Monday, but open regular hours all weekend long! 💪

“I fell in love with OYF and its members in April 2025. Having coached and competed in fitness prior, it was an easy decision for me to want to be a part of a community of likeminded individuals who bring the fire, passion and determination to each class. As a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, nutrition coach and the one that is typically behind the nonsense in classes, I am honoured to have this opportunity to be a part of your fitness journey!”
