Reflexology is one of those hidden gems of a healing modality.

Her Body Sings combines my 10+ years of experience working as a registered nurse with other holistic wellness modalities, like reflexology, nutrition consulting, menstrual health education and stress management. My passion is to help women move towards the natural, real and raw, and away from the unnatural, processed and filtered. My simple and natural approach focuses on calming the nervous system, nourishing the body and syncing with the menstrual cycle.
