“A relaxed jaw is a relaxed pelvic floor” - is a phrase commonly said in my prenatal yoga classes.
Along with building strength and stability, you’ll learn techniques to soften and incorporate comfort measures such as vocal toning, breathing techniques, and mindful movement. All helpful tools to bring awareness to the sensations in your body, preparing you for your labour and delivery experience.

Primal Movement
The easiest way to get in touch with your physical and emotional needs (IMO).

➡️ I like to start in a table top position - hands and knees. And connect with my breath. The rest tends to follow.

➡️ Moving rhythmically with the breath, cat cows, hip circles, rolling rhtpugh Childs Pose, cat cow and cobra, figure eights with the whole body, getting the shoulders and hips involved.

➡️Notice each sensation in the body including the rise and fall of the pelvic floor with each breath. Each tension and each release. Notice what arises in the mind as you breathe and feel the physical sensations.

➡️ Keep moving until it feels complete - then rest in Childs Pose.

Did you know that you can find the kind of class you’d like easily by using filters!?
For example: You’re feeling like you can’t take a deep breathe, like your back is stiff, like you need a little extra space in your torso. Head over to the On Demand Library(link in bio); at the top you’ll find a button that says “Filters”. CLICK IT! You can then filter classes by category and tag. Under the tag drop down, find obliques/breathe - you’ll find all classes with that focus. Rent & take a deep breathe!
