Just a note to my patients with regard to the new CorCare system;
Since external lab collection is not connected to CorCare, you must request a printed copy or email copy of your lab work requisition from your doctor if you are planning on getting it done at an external collector. 💛

ADOPTION FEE PAID for ROCKY!

UPDATE: ROCKY IS ADOPTED!!!
He is a very sweet boy & enjoys going for walks and spending time outside. We think he would enjoy having a doggie friend as well to live with.

Meet Rocky,
Male, 4 yrs

He is a Cape Shore Water dog. He is a chunky boy weighing in at 101lbs. He is a very sweet dog & likes to be with people.

We are told he is good with other animals. He did go for a walk here at the shelter with one & he seemed to be fine. If there is another dog in the home a meet & greet is required. He has been around kids ranging from 7-13 yrs and was good with them.

He is very clean in his kennel , not destructive at all. He loves to be outside & to go for walks. He does need some leash work but hopefully he will get better with lots of practice.

He has received his first DA2PP vaccine and Interceptor Plus deworming. He was NEUTERED before by his previous owners.

🚨 BREAKING NEWS 🚨

The United States launched a large-scale strike on Venezuela early Saturday, with President Donald Trump claiming President Nicolás Maduro and First Lady Cilia Flores were captured and flown out of the country.

Venezuela’s government condemned the move as an “imperialist attack” and urged citizens to protest, while officials said Maduro’s whereabouts remain unknown and demanded proof of life.

Trump is expected to deliver a video statement at 11 a.m. today.

One of the most common routine blood test ordered by your doctor is a CBC. So, what exactly is a CBC?
CBC, aka, Complete Blood Count.
A Complete Blood Count is a hemotology test that measures the following:
Red blood cells ❤️, which carry oxygen.
White blood cells 🤍, which fight infection.
Platelets 🩵, which help blood to clot.
Hemoglobin, the oxygen-carrying protein in red blood cells.💫
Hematocrit, the amount of red blood cells in the blood.✨️
