We have made the difficult decision to permanently close Soul Worx. Although we haven’t set an official last day, it will probably be the end of September. We have enjoyed working out with you over the last 4 years but life is just getting too busy to continue. If you have active passes please start trying to use them up. We will pack the schedule with as many classes as possible over the coming weeks. Please keep in mind that passes are non-refundable and expire 1 year after purchase. However we will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Passes can still be purchased until the last day. If you have passes you know you won’t you use, sharing or selling them to a friend is an option. If you have any questions please send us a message. Thank you for all the support over the last 4 years.

What a month! April threw a few curveballs with the weather, but you all showed up and brought the energy! We are so proud of everyone who participated in our Bingo challenge this month. We hope you had as much fun as we did! We put all the names into a bucket tonight and drew our big winner🏆

Drum roll please…..our winner for our Spring Soul Bingo is: Kendra Woodward! 👏 Congratulations to you! Kendra came to every class with a smile on her face and worked so hard! We are so proud of you, this is well deserved!

We also had a runner up prize for the person who got a blackout on their bingo card AND motivated us with the way she fuels her soul. Without further ado…congratulations Jacquie Kiemele! Jacquie always brings such a wonderful energy to class, and is so encouraging to everyone around her.

We will have the prizes at the studio to present to you this week! Thank you everyone who participated this month. We look forward to having more monthly challenges in the future!

The studio will be lit with black lights, so please wear white or bright colours. Make sure to arrive early to give yourself time to get your glow paint on!

Spring Soul Bingo Rules:

•Only 1 square can be crossed off per day (with the exception of double day and swap a square)
•Up to 3 squares can be completed outside of Soul Worx, just make sure to show one of us what you did and when
•Plank Challenge: hold your high plank for 2 minutes
•Swap a Square: Change a difficult square to another class, cross off both squares
•Leave a Suggestion: Tell us what you like, don’t like, or make a request. Text, talk, write it down, or write a review on MindBody
•Tag us: Tag us on social media showing how you fuel your soul! Share your workout, a picture of you doing your favourite exercise, a yummy snack you made, etc. The more creative the better! A prize for the most creative entry will be chosen at the end of the month!

We will have a weekly draw every Saturday for a free class! Everyone who attended classes that week are automatically entered into the draw.

For the grand prize:
-one line on the bingo card is 1 entry
-an “x” is 2 entries
-a blackout is 3 entries
We will do this draw at the end of April
