Have you gotten outside this week yet? It’s chilly over here in the Lakeland region of Alberta, but we are embracing the snow and getting out in the elements anyways!

Remember that grounding happens just by connecting to nature. Touch the trees as you pass by. Throw a snowball (gently 😉) and be playful. Make a snow angel. Whatever makes you feel connected and young again, that’s where you will find healing first.
