Good morning everyone! Some people have asked about storage of cookies until Christmas or longer. Here are the options:
1. Room temperature, they are good for 3ish weeks at room temperature. I have had people keep them longer and they are just as good, but I have to say 3 weeks as that’s the information I have 🙂 they are individually sealed which helps extend that freshness 🙂
2. Freezer; wrap the entire box in Saran Wrap, or put the cookies into freezer bags and put in the freezer. To thaw, LEAVE THEM WRAPPED/IN THE BAG at room temperature and once they thaw you can take them out. Keeping them wrapped helps prevent any moisture from getting in and ruining the icing. Being individually sealed helps prevent this, but I’m always extra cautious!

Christmas cookie update! They are coming along, I completely forgot that I have a busy weekend coming up of Christmas parties and birthday parties so if everyone is OK with pick up on the 16th or 17th, that would be great! If you need them before, please send me a message 🙂
