Breathwork Facilitator

She obtained her Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy at Sir Sandford Fleming College and became Registered Massage Therapist 2014. Since then she has become a Certified Life Coach in 2020 and a full Reiki Master Practitioner by 2022 because she knows of the mind-body-soul connection; optimal healing does not happen without work in all three areas. She finds the human body so fascinating; the things we are capable of, its ability to heal and grow, and what it is truly capable of. Massage Therapy was my calling, being able to help people feel better, fix and ease chronic pain, lower their stress and get them back to functioning is something she takes great pride in. Nicole also likes to use a number of modalities in her treatments to optimal results such as Cupping and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation (IASTM). She has a huge passion for women's health and being a healthcare advocate for women. She has taken additional certifications for prenatal and postpartum care, infant massage and pelvic floor therapy. Nicole loves to be able to support other mom’s through their journey having gone through this herself with her two young kids.

March is Autoimmune Disease Awareness Month 💙

Autoimmune diseases affect millions of people, often invisibly. They are unpredictable, complex, and can take a serious toll on both physical and emotional well-being.

I have family members with some of these diseases, friends and clients.

This past year, I’ve been navigating my own journey with an autoimmune eczema diagnosis—something that has tested me in ways I never expected. From relentless flare-ups, extreme fatigue, to a laundry list of other symptoms — it has been a lesson in patience, resilience, and deep self-care. Some days, it feels like my body is working against me, but I’m learning to listen, adapt, and give myself grace.

If you’re living with an autoimmune condition, know that you’re not alone. It’s okay to have hard days, to advocate for yourself, and to take the time you need to heal. Sending love to everyone fighting battles that others may not see. 💙

If you could sit down with your younger self over coffee, what would you say?

This conversation has been playing in my mind lately. If only she knew what was ahead—the struggles, the grief, the anxiety, but also the healing, the strength, and the life she would build.

She didn’t know how she’d survive the hardest losses. She didn’t know how she’d navigate the fear of failing or the weight of others’ opinions. But she kept going. And piece by piece, she became everything she once doubted she could be.

Once I saw this trend I knew I was going to do it. Life has just been really lifeing this February, but I finally was able to sit down and reflect - and I am so glad that I did! 🥰

For anyone in the thick of it right now—keep going. Your future self is rooting for you. 🤍

👇 Tell me—what would you say to your younger self?

Embrace Vulnerability: There’s Power in Sharing Our Challenges

In a society that often encourages the projection of perfection, it’s easy to believe that we are alone in our struggles. The reality, however, is that everyone faces challenges. The need for people to be more open about the challenges they face is not just about breaking down barriers but about creating a supportive community where no one has to face their battles alone.

Life’s journey is filled with ups and downs, and it’s during the low points that the importance of openness becomes clear. When we choose to share our struggles, we break the silence that often masks the difficulties we’re facing. This not only serves as a release for the individual but also opens the door for others to relate. By encouraging an environment of shared vulnerability, we build connections based on authenticity and understanding.

One of the most significant benefits of being open about our struggles is the dismantling of the stigma surrounding mental health. Far too often, individuals battle with their mental well-being in isolation due to fear of judgment or societal misconceptions. By openly discussing mental health challenges, we contribute to the normalization of seeking help and support. This, in turn, can encourage those who may be suffering in silence to reach out for assistance without fear of stigma.

As we embrace vulnerability, we pave the way for stronger connections, reduced stigma, and a collective understanding. It’s a step towards creating a world where no one feels the need to struggle alone.

Our workshop you will see how you are not alone and be able to connect with others who are experiencing the same or similar situations. Especially us, Nicole & Lindsay have BOTH experienced burnout on different levels and for different reason and it is WHY they developed this workshop.

We live in a culture that demands more from us than it gives back.

A culture that glorifies overwork undermines rest and assigns value to productivity over well-being.

We’re all trying really hard, all the time.

To do, and be all the things for everyone, and all that life demands.

We will try anything— to be what our work, our family and what society needs us to be.

And after talking to people we have both realized that individuals are really struggling right now.

And the common theme that comes up is burnout.

SO with that being said, we are excited to officially launch our new workshop:

The Path to Sustainable Well-Being: Navigating Burnout

In this workshop we’ll explore the following:
➡️ What burnout really is.
➡️ The societal and systemic forces fuelling chronic stress.
➡️ Practical, trauma-informed tools to break free from the burnout cycle.

This workshop is for you if:
✔️ You feel stuck in a cycle of exhaustion and overwhelm.
✔️ You’ve been told to just “rest more” but want strategies that go deeper.
✔️ You’re ready to understand burnout on a personal and systemic level.

📅 Date: Sunday, February 23rd
🕒 Time: 12:00pm - 3:30pm
📍 Location: Flow Physio + Wellness
💸 Price: $125 + HST

What’s included:
Solo and group activities, education and empowerment, group discussions, gift bag with a take-home workbook, drinks and snacks.

Spots are limited! DM me for details or register directly at the link in my bio.

Well Danielle really inspired me to update my vision board and look at goal setting in a different way this year!

She is going for a year of MOODS so I am going to follow suit with setting moods and new healthy habits. 2023 ended for me on a rough note and unfortunately it just continued into 2024. With the hardships came many lessons and room from growth which I took on. I can say for the most part I am proud of myself for how I dealt with all life threw at me in 2024, but it also came with where I can improve and BOUNDARIES. Ohhhhhh how I lack boundaries.

If you’ve been on my treatment table since September you know the gloves and how I’ve been dealing with an autoimmune dermatitis issue. This really showed me HOW important it is to take care of yourself FIRST. Which has been the hardest thing for me as a business owner who takes care of people for a living and a mom of two young kiddos.

This is where the hard work, questions and choices has come to my forefront - and 2025 we are going full steam ahead in changes habits to support my health and mental well-being.

My word for 2025 is — GROUNDED.

In 2025 the moods and new habits are this:

— being more grounded and calm
— leaving people pleasing and perfectionism in the past
— bringing workouts and movement into my weekly routines
— being more present daily
— prioritizing nutrition
— more systems & delegating tasks in business
— more adventures
— more cozy time with the family
— more time with girl friends
— patience > overwhelm
— monthly date night to connect undistracted
— no more courses
— less feeling guilty about working and having solo time

Do you have a word of the year, goal, mood or new habits for 2025? Let me know below, I would LOVE to hear it! ⬇️
