Started the day with a delightful cup of coffee and a delicious breakfast! ☕🍳
Exciting times ahead as Wes selects his high school classes! 😳
Mid-morning was all about staying active with a gym workout focusing on upper body strength. It was such a nice surprise to run into Sandra while I was there! 💪😊
After that, we headed to Belleville for Wes’s hockey game. What an exhilarating match it was! We came home with a tie, but it was a fantastic game filled with energy and teamwork! 🏒✨

It’s Day 4 and while I started the morning a little groggy (guess my cleaning marathon yesterday really took it out of me!), I’m feeling optimistic!
Today was all about self-care with doctor appointments for my physical. Woot woot! 🥳 Blood pressure, blood work, mammogram – I’m on the right track with my healthy habits! We had a great chat about supplements, exercise, and more. I truly love my doctor! Plus, there’s something special about driving home through our charming small town; it just feels like a warm hug. 💖
I treated myself to a delightful tea and an old-fashioned donut on the way home. Yes, it’s January, but this girl believes in balance and enjoying all food groups! 🍩🥕🥬🍔🥦🥗🌮
Lunch was absolutely delicious, and I squeezed in some Pilates and core work – check! ✅
Now, it’s time for a busy night at work. It’s been a whirlwind of a week, and I’m counting down to the weekend! Cheers to making every day count! ✨

Day 3 = Rest Day! 🎉
What a day it’s been, despite the chilly weather! 🥶
I kicked it off with a cozy cup of coffee in the ☀️ sun, just pretending it’s a warm, sunny day—gotta love a little imagination, right? 😂
Then it was off to Costco and the grocery store, followed by a fridge and upright freezer clean-out. I even started the PURGE! So far, I’ve gathered five bins for donation, some old paint to drop off, and I’ve begun organizing our storage room. It’s feeling fresh and fabulous!
And you know what? I decided to move my workout to a rest day, and I have zero guilt about it. Sometimes, you just need to embrace a little relaxation and Mary Kondo the s**t out of your spaces with some good tunes🎧🎶

You might get tired of hearing from me, but I’m loving this journey for my own accountability! 😄✨
I ended up squeezing in a workout at 7 PM that wasn’t part of the plan, but wow, it felt amazing! 💪
Life has its surprises—today, my kiddo needed to get his neck checked out. Thankfully, all is well! 🩷 My goal is to carve out time for myself and keep sharing my daily adventures. Here’s to embracing the unexpected and making the most of each day! 🎉

Night Before Prep = Ready for Success! 🌙
As I wind down for the evening, the excitement for tomorrow’s workout builds. My gym clothes are picked comfortable & functional. My workout plan is set, focusing on consistency & strength.
I’ve laid out my essentials: a chilled water bottle, charged earbuds and new playlist found for motivations. New fitness planner & Be Her Now journal and cards to pull each morning. I’ve also visualized my workout to mentally prepare for the effort ahead.
So here’s to a productive night and an energizing morning! Let’s crush those fitness goals together! 🌟🏋️‍♀️✨
