As you settle into each restorative pose, the warm stones are placed on key areas of the body to melt away tension, promote circulation, and enhance your sense of calm. You’ll also have the opportunity to gently massage one another, enhancing the therapeutic effects of the stones while strengthening your bond. As I set up for a private session today, I thought it would be good to share that we do offer private and semi-private classes here at the studio. This is a great way to begin your practice if you feel shy about being around a group of people or just want one on one guidance. We can do any class style that you need, including Meditation, Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath.

Release tension and calm your mind with a restorative journey.

This gentle practice is suitable for both beginners and seasoned yogis alike.

We’ll start with calming breathwork to quiet the mind and bring awareness to the body. Then, we’ll flow through mindful stretches from head to toe, taking our time to ease tight muscles and promote relaxation.

After settling into Savasana, you’ll be guided into the practice of Yoga Nidra.

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation that invites deep relaxation, helping us reach a state of conscious rest through focused listening and intentional awareness.

This practice is open to everyone, offering a chance to release and find peace in simply being. By turning inward, we move between wakefulness and sleep, allowing the body and mind to harmonize as we uncover the deeper layers of our consciousness.
