Today’s tip: Engage your core BEFORE you move!!
Think of gently pulling your belly button toward your spine while also lifting a marble with the pelvic floor 😉 — it stabilizes your movement, connects you to your diaphragm and help to protect your lower back especially in excersies like planks!
Pilates is all about small, intentional movements that create BIG results.
