Held, Not Holding is a sound bath created for pure receiving — no sharing circle, no processing, no expectations. Just arrive, lie down, and be held by sound.

Crystal singing bowls, steel drum, and koshi chimes gently guide the nervous system into deep rest, allowing the body and mind to soften, unwind, and restore.

This is a space for caregivers, over-givers, and anyone who needs a place where nothing is asked of them.
