Join Us for Family Yoga at The Mom Market Peel Region Mother’s Day Market!

Our 30-minute Family Yoga classes are a fun, modified version of our regular sessions—packed with movement, mindfulness, and play!

Spend your Sunday mornings with us as we move, breathe, play, and connect through yoga!

Starting Sunday, April 6, from 10:30–11:30 AM, we will be teaching a 6-week Children’s Yoga series at Play Hideaway in Mississauga. Each week, there will be a new theme that explores yoga in a creative and interactive way.

Practicing yoga enhances children’s body awareness, helps manage emotional regulation, builds strength and flexibility, and improves concentration.

Price: $120 + HST (6 classes)

Hi, I’m Zeny Grace, and I am the founder and children’s yoga teacher at Hands to Centre Inc.

I thought I’d reintroduce myself to all the new friends here 🥰

I created Hands to Centre to inspire children and families to incorporate yoga and mindfulness into their everyday lives. On top of that, I aim to empower them to become their best selves with the practices they learn in each class. I wanted to make yoga accessible for families, so I emphasized creating a mobile yoga studio and bringing yoga to you! Being able to provide classes to young yogis over the years has allowed me to collaborate with local organizations and offer classes across the GTA. Hopefully, I can reach even more this year!

Hands to Centre is based on a Therapeutic Yoga Play approach, which simply means… we get to PLAY and have FUN!

A little bit about me: I love being in nature and doing outdoorsy activities, I’ve been working with children of all ages for over 10 years, the East Coast is my favorite coast 🇨🇦, I have a Yorkshire Terrier, road trips > flying (although I don’t mind flying either lol), I love sushi, and my favourite yoga poses are tree pose and butterfly pose 🦋
