Join Us for Family Yoga at The Mom Market Peel Region Mother’s Day Market!

Our 30-minute Family Yoga classes are a fun, modified version of our regular sessions—packed with movement, mindfulness, and play!

We’re excited to be back at Mom Market x Peel Region on April 5! During market hours, we will be leading (2) Family Yoga Classes and (2) Littles Yoga and Sensory Play Classes!

Each class will be 30 mins, packed with yoga movements, mindful breathing and play!

Special market price:
Family Yoga - $20 per family
Littles Yoga - $10 per family
