Mindful Yoga

Mindful Yoga I have been practicing yoga and meditation for 20+ years with 200 YTT. Grateful to share my passion with others. Let's move, breathe, connect 💜

Yoga has allowed me to love myself and discover my true nature. I teach to all levels and bodies. My classes focus on breathing techniques to calm the nervous system, gentle movement and mindfulness techniques. Let's move together, and connect our mind, body and soul. The present moment is the most beautiful moment. Let your inner light shine.

🌙✨️ Winter Solstic ✨️☀️

A time of renewal and inner reflection, marking the shortest day and longest night. A powerful turning point where the sun is reborn. A time for deep introspection, letting go of the old, and preparing for the sun's return. A time for new beginnings.

On this day, we honour the balance between darkness and light, taking time to go inward, a great opportunity to set intentions.

Happy Solstic friends 🧡

Each time I step foot into this space, I immediately feel a sense of peace and connection. I leave feeling lighter, brighter, and grateful 🙏

Lately, I have been spending more time attending other practitioners' offerings, as it's just as important for me to attend classes for myself as it is to teach. I open my soul, surrender to rest, and get inspired.

I have a few special classes coming up in the new year and can't wait to share this space with you🤍

Stay tuned...

Love this 🤍

✨️ Singing bowl vibration magic 💫 This is one special Bowl that found its way to me many years ago 🤍

Let the sound ground you. Connect you within. Be present. Let your breath guide you. Heal you.

Life can get overwhelming.. We hold onto our breath, feel tension in our bodies and holding onto stress.

In these moments, if we can recognize this pattern, can we take a moment to bring our awareness to our breath?

Take a slow inhale
Exhale...

Inhale and notice your belly expand
Exhale, focus on the tension held and ask it to release

Do as many rounds as you can, feel yourself connecting to the present moment
