Yoga has allowed me to love myself and discover my true nature. I teach to all levels and bodies. My classes focus on breathing techniques to calm the nervous system, gentle movement and mindfulness techniques. Let's move together, and connect our mind, body and soul. Boat pose, also known as Navasana, is a core, hip, spinal strengthening pose.

But what if you're just looking for something more restorative?

Well, this is my version of Restorative Navasana, or as I like to call it, Lounge Chair 😄

Our daily lives involve a lot of forward folding — sitting, driving, working at a computer. It’s no wonder many of us experience tight hips, lower back pain, and weak glutes.

These are a few poses that I return to often; Sphinx, Bridge and Child's Pose.

They help open the front body, build strength, and bring balance back into the body.

Prayers from dusk, until dawn
The daily wake up at 5:30am gave me a respect and a feeling of joy and culture.

I danced in the Sahara, stars shining upon me, energy flowing, desert sand in my toes. Magic.

The chaotic, yet uplifting and inspiring sounds and energy of Marrakesh.  An environment I don't typically enjoy; brought me gratitude and nourished my soul

The people and their kindness was like no other place I have travelled

It felt like another planet, yet felt like home. 

Forever touched

I'll be offering a Sound Healing meditation on Friday March 27th at the cozy yurt on Duke Street

 We'll start with Gentle Movement to release stagnant energy to prepare us for a short, guided meditation and a soul soothing Sound Bath using chimes, singing bowls, ocean drum and more. Let your senses take in the sounds and frequency, as you lay comfortably with love and care. 

Date: Friday, March 27th 7:30pm to 8:30pm
