Hi everyone, it’s been quiet around here since the year began. As we all may have realized, Social media can be time consuming, what’s starts out as a quick browse ends up being a scrolling marathon (for most people). Quiet on here? Yes!
🙏2025 was a bit too busy and out of control for me where I was being pulled in too many directions all at once, running multiple businesses, adding a huge management project, my son got married, I finishing up some certifications, I’m always adding to my Portfolio, this is just to few. Yes, overwhelming, needless to say my nervous system was not happy.
❤️Clinic is and will always be my happy place, I love the serenity and healing energy in the space created for my clients, this have kept my sanity in check. I love seeing everyone, and I love the outcome from each session. Thank you for your support always.
💚At the end of 2025, whilst creating our vision board group, I noted personally what burn out meant. Looking at me and the word “burn out” was the perfect example for the books. The topic for last year’s vision board group was Burn Out. It was an amazing topic that hit home for many. Personally, I created a new vision of boundaries starting 2026, I’ve taken the first quarter to reset, rebuild and regain in silence. Not all things are meant to be posted or spoken to until it’s completed. Humans are curious by nature, a need to know… out of true concern or just for the reason that someone’s ship has sunk. Either way, kindly respect peoples privacy, boundaries and understand that if their social media status is not busy this doesn’t define what’s happening off the internet. Life can be blissful, beautiful and bountiful without being publicly displayed.

**No Longer Promoting Selfish Brands**

Loyalty used to mean something. There was a time when I proudly stood behind a brand — one I believed in, supported, and helped grow. I gave my time, my energy, and my voice to promote their products, even through life’s hardest moments.

Through personal loss and the challenges of COVID, I stayed loyal. But loyalty, it seems, is a one-way street for some companies. When business slowed and times got tough, they turned their attention only to their top producers — forgetting the people who helped build their foundation.

It’s disappointing how quickly loyalty fades when profit takes priority. I’m no longer promoting brands that value numbers over people. My energy will now go toward supporting those who understand that success is built on relationships, not selfishness.

Loyalty should never be conditional.
